I have been meaning to post this recipe forever but I just have so little time to get on the computer. It is so stinkin delicious that I have been having it twice a day for about a week lol. Try it out!
Greek Chicken Pita
1 cup of romaine lettuce
4 oz (half of 1 breast) cooked chicken (I throw mine in a frying pan coated with PAM)
1/2 of 1 cucumber
1/2 of 1 (red, yellow, or orange) bell pepper
2 TBSP lowfat crumbled feta cheese
1 TBSP light vinaigrette dressing (I use Newman’s Own Lighten Up Balsamic vinaigrette)
1/2 of 1 whole wheat round pita (my favorite is Alexis Whole Wheat Greek Pita Flatbread, I get mine at Smiths Grocery store over by the bakery)
Baby eyes are my favorite! They are SO gorgeous! And I am constantly amazed at how different they are. Here are snapshots of Sammy and three of his cousins, Cole, Max, and Anderson. Look at each of their eyes! Sammy’s are a beautiful green, Cole’s are a brilliant aqua, Max’s are a deep sapphire, and Anderson’s are a steel blue. Gotta love baby eyes!
lol, ok here is a RECENT video clip (taken last week) of Jared making Sammy laugh hard. “Ahh the things that amuse babies.” And then I guess you have to say, “Ahh, the things that amuse parents.” lol
lol, I have been trying to figure out how to post little video clips I catch of Sammy. This video is actually seriously old, a few months.. which in the life of a baby is like 16 years. But I still love his adorable little laugh. Mostly I am just posting this to test out my video posting skills and see if it works! PLEASE NOTE: In case you weren’t aware… It is an actual LAW that when you are watching videos of babies, you MUST disregard any and all sounds and/or actions, on the video, that come from the parents of the child.
This next one is a “how to” video. “How to eat an apple when you are a 9 month old.” I know what you are thinking but nope, you don’t use your hands!
